Here at Nereus London, we create award-winning natural hair and body products that don’t contain nasty chemicals or compromise our stance on sustainability. We’re a small business right now but we’re growing steadily. Our team is fairly young, energetic, professional and passionate about what we do.


Right now, we’re looking for someone to work in-office to help with our customer service and packaging . The role is initially temporary but could become permanent within approximately six months if everything works out well.


We are looking for candidates with passion, enthusiasm and a flair for professional customer service.


Applicants must have previous experience within either sales support, packaging, telephone customer service or within a contact centre.


Immediate start available (subject to passing interview process)


Hours:


Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and this will be a work from office position (no remote working available)


Duties to include:


Packing parcels and shipping


• Identifying sales opportunities


• Supporting office team


• Administration


• Responding to social media enquiries


• Dealing with telephone enquiries from customers or suppliers


• Looking at invoice queries


• Complaint handling


• Looking into stock queries


• Managing customer expectations


• There could be opportunity for sales commission if you generate new sales and close a deal (this will be further discussed during the interview)




Training will be provided


Located approximately 10mins walk from Vauxhall station
